Dr. Natasha Fuksina
INTERNAL MEDICINE
Diplomate of American Board of Internal Medicine, received her B.A. in Biology from New York University, New York, and Medical Doctorate Degree from Albany Medical College, Albany, New York.
Dr. Natasha Fuksina was raised in a family of physicians, dentists and scientists. Since young age she knew her passion was to be in clinical medicine. She shadowed her father who was making rounds in the ICU and her mother in her biochemistry research lab.
Nowadays, in her practice, she utilizes Integrative Internal Medicine approach by finding underlying reasons for a particular disease process and using traditional and functional medicine recommendations to restore health and function.
In such personalized approach, the focus is on an individual patient, his/her metabolism and genetic make up, which leads to a unique custom-tailored approach geared to reverse or improve current condition and prevent functional deterioration.
Advanced metabolic, genetic, food sensitivity testing, and body composition analysis are used along with conventional laboratory and diagnostic tests.
